Then head on over to Amazon’s Anime Strike! The giant online retailer’s new platform for streaming what they claim to be up to a thousand episodes of various series and movies curated for North American anime fans. Which is still not a whole lot compared to what Crunchyroll has in its library. But… Amazon’s Anime Strike features a good mix of new shows still coming in straight from Japan and the more obscured ones you may not have heard of before, as well as a good selection of classic hits as well.
The bad thing about Amazon’s Anime Strike streaming service is its subscription fee system in that it requires you to be an existing Amazon PRIME customer which costs an average $100 per year (or $10.99 per month) to sign up. And then on top of that, the monthly fee just to add Anime Strike in your Amazon account is another $4.99 per month.
Check it out yourself and find if getting this new library of anime shows online is worth adding to your other subscriptions by trying out for a 7-day trial. Just remember… the trial also only works if you already have a Amazon Prime subscription or are willing to sign up for that service 30-day try out period as well.
