Earlier this year, a Life-size Gundam RX-78 giant robot was assembled and exhibited in Odaiba’s Shiokaze Park for widely popular and long standing anime series of Gundam celebrating its 30th anniversary.
The company knew that fans of the show who missed the gigantic exhibit would still want to catch a glimpse of the 1:1 scale gundam robot. So parts of it, mainly the giant head, are displayed in a park in Odaiba, Japan.
The park is charging 500 yen for folks to enter the exhibition area and you can interact with the different parts of the Gundam statue. Though some fans may find it sad to see the Gundam statue separated in pieces like this, however it is still quiet an awesome experience for visitors, fans or otherwise.
