Persona 5 Day Breakers Anime special watch onlineThe PERSONA series has always showed much of their story telling in the game through Anime cutscenes, and PERSONA 5’s are being animated by top Anime studio Production I.G (makers of Ghost in the Shell, Psycho Pass, Blood, and many more hit shows).

Along with that is a 55-minute Anime TV-Special movie from Aniplex directed by Takaharu Ozaki called “Persona 5 The Animation – The Day Breakers” which tells the prologue backstory of the thief organization within the game’s main story arc.

Persona 5 Anne Takamaki special dlcAtlus also aired several television commercials for Persona 5 including one that featured the character Anne Takamaki voiced by Nana Mizuki. Anne Takamaki is the beautiful quarter-American phantom-thief High School girl known by her heist name; Panther. No doubt she’s being featured as a sales pitch playable character for the upcoming game because she’s been talked about a lot within the global PERSONA fan community for over a year now. If the fan-arts and cosplay photos making the rounds online are any indication of her popularity.

A PERSONA 5 manga by Hisato Murasaki will also be launching on Shogakukan’s Manga One app on September 15 telling the entire story of the game. Not much information showing the contents of the manga itself have been released yet.
