Popular Manga creator legend Nobuhiro Watsuki has been announced to resume his long running Rurouni Kenshin series for a short publication run inside the June issue of Shueisha's Jump Square magazine scheduled to ship May 2, 2012.
Jump Square magazine describes the new Samurai X manga is not meant to be a SEQUEL but is an actual "reboot" of the legendary storyline. More details will surface when the May issue of the magazine is out.
However, Nobuhiro Watsuki also announced in light of this project, he has willingly put his own 2007-to-current manga series, Embalming - The Another Tale of Frankenstein, on temporary suspension as of March 2012. The Manga creator simply noted it to be scheduled to return in fall this year.
